News of the day seems to be a rumor that Arkansas was trying to lure Les Miles away from LSU. That's right where the story should've ended.
Seriously. Sure, he gets a decent offer from Arkansas but then just turns around agrees to a 7 year extension with LSU. Why would he leaves LSU, a better footall program that he has down pat, for Arkansas, a mess of a program that is much lower than LSU? I don't blame Arkansas for trying to get Les Miles but Les would've been a bit nuts to choose Arkansas (4-8) over LSU (10-2).
