The Final Four began today with the first game featuring Butler vs. Michigan State. This was a close one as Butler got the win 52-50. Korie Lucious missed a free throw near the end hoping his team would get the rebound but Gordon Hayward of Butler got the ball in order to seal the win. They will play for the Title in their home town. This is their first title game in tournament history.
The Second game had the last #1 in the land, Duke, destroying West Virginia 78-57. Duke led throughout the whole game and just didn't let up. Duke will now go to their first National Title Game since 2001.
The National Title Game is set with Duke vs. Butler. Duke has won three titles in their school history while Butler hasn't won a title in the Tournament Era. Butler is the Cinderella Team (yes there is still one alive) and will have the the crowd on their side. Duke will win this game, though, as home field advantage doesn't mean much as proven last year when Michigan State lost in front of a large Detroit crowd to UNC.
