Golf has been about one story so far this year (decade for that matter): When will Tiger Woods return? The media can't help but wonder when will Tiger come back to the sport and make it relevant again. Well the question has been answered in a statement by Woods yesterday saying his return will be at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia.
THERE, ARE YOU HAPPY NOW MEDIA EXECUTIVES?!?! Ever since this scandal has broken out, the media has been all over it like bees with a Honeycomb. I am tired of hearing about this story and I'm glad that it is nearly over. I'm happy that Tiger is returning mainly so that sports casters can just shut up and stop guessing when he will make his return. Now can we move on to other Golf News? (though there has been no new golf news since the 90's)
P.S. The reason I'm commenting on this story now is that it is more sports related for my taste. I myself don't like to comment on athletes (or celebrities) personal lives. The only exception is legal cases like Big Ben's rape accusations or Gilbert Areanas' gun charge in which the justice department is brought into question along with a prominent sports figure. Otherwise keep personal lives personal.
