The Big House's Big Record

College Hockey is not one of the top things to continuously talk about but one game made history. It was a Michigan vs. Michigan State and the Wolverines would pull out a win, 5-0, over the Spartans. This game, however, was not in a typical arena but in Michigan Stadium. The crowd saw this as a opportunity to make history and they stepped up. 113,411 was in attendance for this College Hockey game, a Guinness World Record for the sport. SUCK IT, CANADA!!! The previous record was actually held by the World Championships in Germany earlier this year at 77,803. The Big House had become the Big Rink for one night. Must feel good to be one of those frostbitten fans knowing they are now part of a World Record.
