College Football has another interesting story to discuss as it could lead to even more shake up across the current landscape. Texas A&M has made it no secret they are in love in with the SEC and since there is no word on whether or not they have been accepted in the conference, it appears they want to at least be available if the opportunity should present itself. Texas A&M has notified the Big 12 that it will withdraw from the conference. It has apparently already received a letter from the Big 12 about the withdrawal process.
The Big 12 now becomes just 9? Nebraska has already left them for the Big 10 (now twelve teams) and so has Colorado as they joined the Pac 12. It seems like the Big 12 is being picked apart little by little by the other conferences because of the benefits (money) being offered. Pretty soon this conference might disband being unable to keep its members from leaving. Perhaps we are moving to an era of super conferences after all. This conference better find new teams to replace the old ones and fast.
