Divisional Weekend is Here

Big games in the divisional round of the playoffs start today with the Ravens and Steelers and the Packers and Falcons. Ravens and Steelers have always proved to be hard hitting games with bruises for everyone. If I had to pick, Steelers have the edge with more experience but watch out for Joe Flacco. He's close to showing his full potential and might just show his maturity today. As for the Packers and Falcons, I pick Aaron Rodgers, I mean the Packers. Playing once in Atlanta this year gave them a feel of what to expect and that running game shown last week is something new and may work against Atlanta.

As for Sunday's games, the still under .500 Seahawks take on the Bears. The Bears lost to the Seahawks earlier this season but have a new look offense now that will leave the Seahawks scratching their heads. Fool them once, shame on you; Fool them twice, they won't. I pick Chicago for the win. 2nd Sunday game is the grudge match in Foxborough between the Jets and the Patriots. They played twice and each won a game. The Patriots won that second game with a different offensive plan than the first but Rex Ryan will be more prepared. He managed to change his defensive plan for Peyton Manning and he will try to do the same for Tom Brady. I still expect the Patriots to win, though. They have Bill Belichick as their mastermind as opposed to the unproven Colts head coach, Jim Caldwell.

These are my best guests for this weekend's match ups. Enjoy the hits.

P.S. I may not be able to post for roughly a week. Vacation time for me. With that being said, I want to comment on next week for you now: I am astounded with , saddened by , and happy for . You fill in the blanks yourself.
