Titans Promote Mike Munchak to Head Coach

The Titans have found their new Head Coach and it's Mike Muchak who has been with the franchise for 30 years. That's hard to believe. He was drafted by the Oilers (same franchise, different name and place) in 1982 and played for them his entire playing career (12 seasons) as an offensive guard. He would then stay with the team getting an entry level position with the offensive staff and then became the offensive line coach in 1997. He would stay at that spot for 14 seasons until being called up for his big chance. His 30th year with team pays off with the biggest job he could get.

It's sounds like a great story of loyalty paying off. He now has his dream job and all the stress that comes with it. Now go out there and pick a new QB.
