Thunder Get Into NBA Finals

The Thunder are young, inexperienced, and headed to the NBA Finals. After falling behind 0-2 to the Spurs, they came back and won 3 in a row. Now it was game 6 in OKC. The Thunder were down by 15 at halftime but that didn't seem to stop them. They fought back against a Spurs team that was getting tired and managed to grab the lead by the 4th quarter. The Thunder just dominated the 2nd half and even stopped the Spurs from mounting any real comeback within the final minutes. Thunder win it, 107-99.

Big series clinching game for the Thunder at home. Russell Westbrook had a fine game with 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists while Kevin Durant scored 34, had 14 rebounds, and 5 assists while being on the floor the entire 48 minutes. They just proved to be too much for the Spurs to keep up for the entire game. What a shame for the Spurs to win 20 in a row and then to be undone by 4 straight loses. That's how it goes sometimes.

Now the Thunder go on to the NBA Finals. They now wait to see if they will face another old, experienced team or the Triple Heat.
