What has happened to the Triple Heat? The Heat for Miami seems to have been shut off (Man that was a bad pun). First they lose to the Knicks on Sunday, 91-86, with James trying and failing to get them a tie in the final minute. Then they blow a 24 point lead to the Magic and lose thanks to a 40-9 run by Orlando, 99-96. And now they lose a game to the Spurs and returning Tony Parker, 125-95. Manu Ginobili was the top player for the Spurs as he put up 20 points, 7 assists and 2 rebounds. The Spurs were shooting an amazing 56.1% while the Heat were shooting 47.4%. In fact, every starter for the Spurs had at least 10 points. The Spurs bench also did better with 58 points while the Heats bench only had 26.
A lack of depth for the Heat is showing is this 3 game losing streak. Their recent performance seems to portray them as a team that is not ready to succeed in the playoffs.
