Johnson's 5th Straight Title

NASCAR's season ended today with a familiar tune being played once more. Carl Edwards won the Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami and he celebrated the victory with his traditional flip while the real winner celebrated by screeching his tires 30 feet away. Jimmie Johnson came in second at the Ford 400 and as a result won his Fifth straight Sprint Cup Title. Johnson became the first racer in the short history of the Chase to overcome a points deficit in the final race to win the Sprint Cup. He would finish 39 points in front of Kevin Harvick and 41 in front of Denny Hamlin. Johnson continues his dominance of NASCAR with a dramatic finish. Congratulations, Jimmie Johnson. Way to make a sport even less significant.
