The NFL season starts tomorrow with a rematch of the NFC Championship game, Vikings vs the Saints. A great way to start a season off with Brett Favre trying to get some revenge against the Saints defense. These two teams might also be Super Bowl contenders come February. Other teams have been mentioned in this regard. Speculation is arising from the Dallas Cowboys as they might be over their playoff hump. Green Bay has valid reasons to be excited with Aaron Rodgers and a improved offensive line. The Colts may be great again with Manning and a healthier defense. Rex Ryan knows who his pick is as he takes his "soon to be champions" New York Jets through the season.
So who will hoist the Lombardi Trophy in February? My pick is the Packers. My pick for the AFC is the Colts but the Packers will prevail. They may not be the most talked about team but I've got a feeling that Green Bay will prevail over all. Suck it Favre!!!
