Brady Quinn Wants Orton's Spot and L.T. Goes to the Jets

It has only been a couple of days since Brady Quinn was traded to the Broncos and Quinn is already saying he wants to be the Broncos starting QB. While Quinn is younger and in great shape, he still needs to learn a few more things and is not ready for the job. As for Orton, he didn't do too bad last year as he threw 21 TDs, only 12 INTS and had a QB rating of 86.8. While I don't think Orton will ever be on a level like Brady or Manning, he is still a pretty safe bet. Many though think that Quinn has that great QB potential. Hard choice, huh.

Meanwhile in the same weekend, Ladanian Tomlinson has been signed by the New York Jets. L.T. will most likely be the team's Third Down back and number two HB. He just isn't good enough anymore to carry the ball over 300 times a season and the Jets have Shonn Greene who looks great if he can stay healthy. L.T. though will likely be used more in New York than Minnesota (other team who looked at him) considering Rex Ryan is obsessed with running the ball down the opponents throats. Good fit for L.T.
