Matt Flynn Going to Where the Sun Don't Shine...

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON!!!

After performing admirably in a couple of regular season games over the last couple of seasons, Matt Flynn was expected to be a free agent QB that would be looked at by a few teams to possibly lead their franchises. One of those teams where the Miami Dolphins. Current Coach, Joe Philbin, was the OC for the Packers for the last few seasons and has gotten to know Matt Flynn. Matt was talking to the Dolphins but it apparently didn't work out. Why? Matt Flynn has agreed to a 3 year contract with the Seattle Seahawks, that's why.

Seattle definitely needs a QB and since Peyton Manning is out, Matt Flynn seems like a good 2nd option. If he works out, he will last much longer than Manning will. As for WR's, not much around him. Just seems to be Sidney Rice being the top talent. The Seahawks still need to rebuild a bit more but Matt Flynn is a nice to start to that process.

P.S. I know the title is the oldest joke in the book but it's still funny.
