Rangers to Face Yankees in ALCS

The deciding Game 5 of the Rangers and Rays took place in Tampa Bay (OK technically St. Pete's). So far neither team has won at home and that trend wouldn't end in Game 5. Cliff Lee was called to pitch one more masterful game and he did by pitching a complete game allowing 1 ER and striking out 11. The Rangers offense would piece together runs throughout as they won, 5-1, and beat the Rays. It's a pity they now have to face the Yankees who just dismantled the Twins, again. Cliff Lee won't pitch Game 1 in the ALCS but look for him to pitch by Game 3. The League Championships Series' start Friday with the Yankees and the Rangers. Giants and Phillies start their series Saturday.
