Tebow Lullabies the Jets to Sleep

Thursday night football came around again and it featured a Mile High match up between the Jets and the Broncos. The big story everyone in Denver is following is Tim Tebow. This game put Tebow against one of the best defenses in the NFL. This was a game that Rex would love to have... back. It was close throughout as the Broncos defense played well like they have recently. A INT turned TD kept the Broncos in the game. Being down by 3 with just under 6 minutes left, Tebow lead the Broncos down field starting from their own 5. Anyone but Tebow should and could be making this drive. Tebow did somehow as he provided most of the yards, including the game winning TD run for 20 yards with 58 seconds left. The Jets were unable to score on the ensuing drive. Broncos win a good one, 17-13.

Not a great statistical game from Tebow but a win is a win. He has been doing that for the Broncos as he is 4-1 as their starting QB this year. It doesn't make sense. He isn't that good statistically or mechanically but he gets the job done. Credit the defense as that keeps the offense within striking range. Tebow, however, has somehow charged this team with his personality. Let's see if this charge can keep the Broncos going through the regular season.

P.S. As for the Jets, man your offense sucks. Defense too, for that matter. YOU CAN'T STOP A RUNNING TEBOW?!?!?!
