Lakers Down 0-3 and Bulls Take 2-1 Series Lead

The NBA Playoffs are the highlight of Friday Night as the Bulls traveled to Atlanta to take on Hawks and try to take control of the series. Who else but Derrick Rose to lead the charge. Rose got 44 points in the game along with 7 assists and 5 rebounds. Rose ruled this game with a passion despite the ankle. Amazing that no other starting player for the Bulls had double digits in scoring. Bulls would win, 99-82, and take a 2-1 series lead. With this win, Bulls regain their Home Court advantage.

The Lakers, meanwhile, went into Dallas basically needing a win in game 3. The Lakers did have good moments in this game having a lead for much of the second half. However, down the stretch, the Mavericks took over. Due to some good Mavericks shooting and a bad turnover by the Lakers, the Mavericks win another, 98-92, and now have a 3-0 series lead over the Lakers. Dirk Nowitzki stumps the Lakers again with 32 points and 9 rebounds. He also was 4-5 from the 3 point line. Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant had 17 points and 6 assists while Andrew Bynum had 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Bulls have got an edge over the Hawks and they hope to win another before going back home. Meanwhile, the Lakers are in trouble facing an 0-3 hole. They can't lose another or they are out of the playoffs.
