Main Aggresor in Stow Case is Arrested

The Giants season opened with a bitter taste as not only did they lose the opener but more importantly an innocent fan was nearly beaten to death shortly after. Bryan Stow has been in the hospital since the attack outside of Dodger stadium and had recently been moved to a hospital in the Bay Area. After nearly two months of searching for the people responsible for this horrific crime, the LAPD got one of the attackers. Thanks to a tip from a parole officer, the LAPD arrested Giovanni Ramirez in a apartment building 5 miles from the Stadium. The 31 year old was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and the police are holding him on $1 million bail.

Finally a break in the case and a very significant one to. Even though another suspect in the attack is still loose and so is the getaway driver who is believed to be female, at least the main attacker has been caught. I'm sure that the other two involved will join Giovanni Ramirez behind bars but even if caught, Bryan Stow still remains in critical condition. I'm sure his family are comforted knowing that an attacker has been arrested but I'm sure it will mean more to them if Stow makes a full recovery.
